• Regular & emergency site visits to ensure contractor performance

 

• 24-hour availability/on-call maintenance

 

• Assistance in enforcement of community association covenants, conditions, and restrictions

 

• Supervision of contractor

 

• On-site meetings with new contractors

 

• On-site meetings with owners or Board Members to investigate complaints, request, violations, etc.

 

• Spring property inspection, upon request of the Board of Directors

 

• Weekly review of the community

 

• Full reporting to Board of Directors
